With a master's degree specialising in HR and nine years of industry experience, Tulika excels in core HR processes, managing operations across India and abroad, and handling international recruitment. She actively works to cultivate an inclusive culture and has led several initiatives to attract, nurture, and retain diverse talent at Instellars.

Tulika also has a keen interest in strategic planning. In addition to HR and Talent Acquisition, she contributes to global business operations. Her expertise in handling different business situations showcases her understanding of organisational dynamics.
