Our client was running a linear and inconsistent paper-based processes that delayed adoption to new regulatory changes and resulted in poor customer experience.

Our Solutions

We committed to operational excellence by bringing in Pega digital process automation with case management for delivery, one-stop portal for safety related permits and approvals with digitized regulatory processes & e-approvals.
We integrated our solutions to the existing web portal using Pega Web Mashup and developed Pega mobile offline application for ground-safety officers, to create a case or complete any assignments from their worklist changes and synchronize when the mobile app is back online.
